Beginning the evening under the stars, pre-dinner cocktails will be provided by award winning small bar, Bar Lafayette, and new kid on the block Choo Choo’s. Followed by an aromatic entrée, from Japanese infused Sushia Izakaya and Bar; guests will enjoy a main course by The Trustee Bar and Bistro – and will need to ensure they leave room for dessert, by award winning multi-level dining venue, Print Hall. The night will close with a cheese course by The Heritage Brasserie, and guests will be spoilt for choice as they nightcap the evening with one of Bobeche’s famous teapot cocktails.
All 7 venues will work collaboratively with celebrity chef, Matt Golinski to develop a menu that is nothing short of amazing. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner with Golinski as he takes us through the process of working with multiple venues and shares some of his trade secrets. Each course will be complemented with wines selected by Daniel Wegener of Print Hall, the 2013 AHA Hotel and Hospitality Awards for Excellence, Sommelier Winner.
