  • 200g Raisins
  • 200g Almond flakes
  • 200g Sunflower seeds
  • 200g Pumpkin seeds
  • 500g Rolled oats
  • 100g Dried Apricots
  • 100g Dried Figs
  • 200ml Treacle
  • 100ml Maple syrup
  • 200ml Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • Zest of 1 Orange.


Mix all ingredients except the coconut and raisins. Spread evenly on a baking tray and bake at 150˚C for 20 – 30 mins depending how toasted you like it.

Let it cool.

Add the raisins and coconut mix all together.

Store in an air tight container in a cool place. It will stay good for a week.

To finish eat with either milk, yoghurt or just eat it plain.
